Sound proofing walls leads

Installation of a proprietary sound reducing system to a bedroom party wall to reduce tv and converation noise from next door flat, to include plasterboard finish for redecoration. Wall size 5.5m max x 2.5m high.

I need to soundproof the floor of a bedroom 8x9 m2, in a Victorian terraced house.

Soundproofing 1 bedroom which is above and adjacent to neighbours tv. Sound is carrying throughout the entire house but the bedroom needs to be soundproofed.

I’m looking for a professional soundproofing solution for a flat in a Victorian terraced property in South London.
Issue:
I’m experiencing clearly audible vocal noise (speech/raised voices) from my neighbour through a brick party wall. The wall includes a chimney breast from an old, closed fireplace, and there is currently a vent in the chimney breast, which I suspect is acting as a sound path.
What I’m looking for:
• A site visit / survey to identify direct transmission and flanking paths
• Advice on treating the chimney breast and vent safely (fire-safe, condensation-safe)
• A high-performance wall solution (e.g. independent stud wall or isolation clip system)
• Target outcome: screen out voices so speech is no longer intelligible
Property details:
• Victorian terraced building
• Noise appears to come directly through the wall, not via floor or ceiling

• Securing loose floorboards using screws,
• Acoustic sealing around skirting and any visible gaps,
• Supply and installation of new gripper rods,
• Supply and installation of dense acoustic underlay (Treadmore / Colours Red or equivalent),
• Supply and installation of thick Saxony/Twist carpet (min. 2000 g/m²),
• Taping all underlay joints,
• Clean-up and disposal.
