I am looking ti pay labour only as I already have all the materials.
All existing bathroom fittings will need removing and replacing with new ones (new shower tray, end panel and glass door, shower unit and thermo mixer) sink and bathtub also need removing and replaced with new ones. Bathtub will need moving to other wall. (Toilet is staying as was only replaced last year)
Will need composite flooring fitted, pvc panels stuck to the wall and cladding to the ceiling with 6 spotlights installed. Old radiator removing and replaced with a towel warmer type radiator and a new extractor fan fitting
