Robert Seymour and Associates were the architects on a kitchen extension to Primrose Cottage back in 2012.
I am the new owner and the zinc roof partially covering the kitchen is leaking. I would like to know which builders were used on the property and whether they can do the repairs or if we are still under warranty. Please can you help. Lucy Axon

looking to remove existing garage and replace with a roughly 8m x 5m garage in a slightly further back position. this is close to 50% of the back garden size and within 0.5m (ideally) of the boundary at the rear and side. timber construction for cost and ease of construction. concrete base preferably insulated also cladding will be composite to the front and metal box profile to the rear again, preferably. roof sloping to keep height down for light coming to the house. thanks

Approx 4m x 4m single storey extension to the rear of property to box off in line with existing extention. Property is circa 1920s traditional brick and block.
