Signs of woodworm in semi external room.

We're selling our house and our buyer's survey has revealed signs of woodworm in our loft which we were unaware of (we don't use the loft). Not sure the extent of it but we would like a quote to get it treated. It's a standard sized loft cavity. nothing quirky or unusual to flag. If you have any queries or need more info, please ask.

i am fairly sure that have squirrels in my loft - there is something running around and cables have been chewed. i only moved in last week and have heard things running about. i haven't seen them in the loft but have seen a couple (or one twice) on the edge of the roof. i had an electrician doing remedial work yesterday including work in the loft. he didn't see any but saw the chewed cables. he suggested the squirrels (assuming that is what they are) should be removed and any access blocked to prevent further damage. he is due to put new wiring in the week after next so i want them gone by then.
