In part of what was a kitchen we are needing it to become a downstairs bathroom. The floor slopes to an exterior door so will probably need levelling and the exterior door bricked up with an extractor fan, also a shower unit, WC & wash hand basin with heated towel rail installing. The boiler will also need a cupboard building around it and with the pipework and cables etc., on the walls boxed in and floor and possibly walls tiled.
Also in existing bathroom we are thinking of replacing the wash hand basin with a basin incorporated in a vanity unit or a type of storage cupboard below.
