Hello, perhaps an odd request but would hugely appreciate your help on this - the property listed is a prospective home purchase. We have been advised by the agent that they are not licensed to let us nor any of their staff into the loft space. Our only option to see the loft is to hire a contractor with their own insurance. The job would consist of using a ladder to access the loft space, bringing own lighting source (unsure whether there is lighting in the loft) and taking a series of clear pictures and a 360 degree video of the loft to include insulation, rafters and any reinforcement to rafters. This will be to help inform us on making an offer on the property.
