We brought a property with loft room with ladders in the bedroom to access only. We’d like to install the stairs in the corridor to access the loft room more easily. We’d like to have a quotation for the cost. I can send you photos to check if you can give me the email address.

The transaction is confirmed and we are in the process to complete it. As we haven’t got the key yet, we have to confirm the time for site visit if it is needed.

i'm looking for a loft conversion to use as an office. i live in a bellway tailor new build.

i'm also looking to extend the stairs up into the loft for easy access. for lighting i'd be adding a velux window to the back of the house. i'd be looking to add a radiator to the room

we already have a velux loft conversion but want to add a dormer in our bungalow we don’t need to amend the stair access we just to gain more useable floor space. we have structural drawings and will need a rsj for the ridge and also one for a lintel over an opening in the house wall. the width of the roof is approx 7 metres. we also need the chimney and chimney breast removing.
