The toilet 'handle' has broken off in the cistern by which I mean the plastic holding the rod from the handle, to the chain mechanism has snapped and come away from the chain. The external handle itself is oK on the outside of the toilet, it is the plastic contention from the internal handle rod in the cistern connecting to the pull chain that has snapped.
