I've got a problem with kitchen damp. I don't know where it's coming from and really need help!

We have a storage cellar that is damp that we would like sorting, and also some damp on the shop floor caused by an external pipe and some broken masonry. We have had a survey done which I can provide, we are looking to a quote for the work to be carried out

I am a letting agent, and there is a damp problem in the address which we rent out.

Me and my partner had one of our cellar rooms converted into a usable space this summer. The problem we have is that this was built up with a wooden frame rather than cleared and concete applied from ground level. The room itself was damp proofed, but not the space under the floorboards and we are experiencing rising damp. The builders came back and treated the skirting boards etc with an antifungal solution and put some metal vents in the floorboards to try increase the ventilation underneath. This hasn't solved the issue and we are treating the floor ourselves with decking antifungal washes and paint. We chose decking products so as to let the wood breathe and not trap the damp underneath to rot the underneath wooden structure.

I am just reaching out to see if you could provide any suggestions or see if we could get a quote for something along the lines of a concrete pour, or an alternative? Sorry I am not very clued up on this, I am just getting details to pass on to my fella.

Hi I require a damp survey of a property I am buying of the cellar to see if it is damp and if it can be tanked

We've just come home from some time away and have noticed three signs of damp:
- bumpy external wall in downstairs toilet
- wet carpet on bottom step of hallway
- patch of white mould along the skirting board in living room

Can we arrange for someone to survey and advise.

There is damp issue in *** reception. Our house is the corner house so the wall where damp issue is coming is the roadside wall. If you guys provide free survey that will be better to come and check or I can share the images if you want.

most issues have been sorted by fixing the roof, but we have some damp coming inside on external facing walls i could do with some advice on how to fix/ see what you could offer?
i am generally in the building mondays and tuesdays if this is something you can offer?
