Hello, I own a property in Farnham currently vacant and SSTC. Our buyers surveyor has noted a potential damp issue on the outside wall, and we are uncertain whether this will need to be addressed by us or the prospective buyer.

I would like to request a professional inspection and an independent quote to assess and potentially fix this issue.
