We’re looking for a contractor in the Cumbria for various works as follows:

Ground floor WC – 4 SQM

Remove existing fixtures and fittings, flooring and boxing in.

Make good and repair damage to walls and ceiling to ensure smooth and can be painted.

Supply and fit WC and wash hand basin.

Supply and fit Polyflor ‘Hydro’ anti-slip (site to choose colour).

Box in as before and paint if necessary (dependant on materials used).

Paint with a minimum of 2 coats all pre-painted walls (site to choose colour) and emulsion ceiling white.

Repair / Splice any woodwork (skirting, frames, cills etc) and gloss white.

Ground floor bathroom6 SQM

Remove existing fixtures and fittings, flooring and boxing in. Set aside Arjo bath.

Remove all wall tiles and replace with ‘Saniclad’ system (no over-boarding).

Make good and repair damage to walls and ceiling to ensure smooth and can be painted.

Supply and fit WC and wash hand basin.

Supply and fit Polyflor ‘Hydro’ anti-slip (site to choose colour).

Box in as before and paint if necessary (dependant on materials used).

Paint with a minimum of 2 coats all pre-painted walls (site to choose colour) and emulsion ceiling white.

Repair / Splice any woodwork (skirting, frames, cills etc) and gloss white.

Replace radiator like for like.

Install LED light.

First floor WC – 4SQM

Remove existing fixtures and fittings, flooring and boxing in.

Remove existing tiles (mid way) and replace with ‘Saniclad’ system (mid way, no over-boarding).

Make good and repair damage to walls and ceiling to ensure smooth and can be painted.

Supply and fit WC and wash hand basin.

Supply and fit Polyflor ‘Hydro’ anti-slip (site to choose colour).

Box in where necessary.

Paint with a minimum of 2 coats all pre-painted walls (site to choose colour) and emulsion ceiling white.

Repair / Splice any woodwork (skirting, frames, cills etc) and gloss white.

Replace radiator like for like.

Install LED fitting light.

I need a supply and fit of a bath/shower, a sink, a radiator (or reinstall old one is ok) , light fitting.
I am happy to clad walls (one of which I have already tiled 20 years ago) . The floor is planked but uneven but ok for a bit of lino. Pipes may need work as they are old. The light is hanging from ceiling and needs replacing or just sticking back up.
Budget is about £3000 paid in small amounts as you install.

my shower taps need the valves changing i think. when they are off the shower head drips that has been changed already

I fell over I. The bathroom and knocked the shower door out it is in one piece but the fitting are broken it may need a complete new door. It has 1 fixed pane and 1 sliding door it is the sliding door that is off could you quote me to either fix it or replace it please I may also have a job of wanting 2 kitchen cupboards hung on the wall next to each other
