I am installing an outdoor sauna which needs 2 sockets, one for a standard 13amp plug which will operate the infrareds & lights etc. The second hookup needed for the 6kw stove. This comes in 3 phase, but it has jumpers fitted inside, so you can loop it over into single phase (240v).
The sauna installation will be done on Tuesday 26th November so this work could be done on 27th.
I also need opinion regarding a security light which needs replacement.

I make homemade lamps that I'd like to sell at craft markets, however I'm unsure what the requirements are in terms of compliance and safety. I use cable kits from ebay (include wall plug, switch and E27 lampholder):

To fit the lampholder kit, I use a screwdriver to release the red and blue cables from the lampholder, to allow the cable to be thread through my lamp. Then I screw the wires back into the lampholder.
My questions are:
*What needs to be tested to enable me to sell these lamps?
*Is the lampholder kit product suitable to be certified, as it's coming from China?
*I will only have a small number of lamps to test - what is the minimum call out charge; or is it possible for me to bring the lamps to a centre to be tested?
