Survey of penetrating damp in spare bedroom wall. And quote for work to be done.

We own a flat which is rented out 39 Prinsep Road
we own the freehold on the building and there fore responsible for the brick work and maintenance of the building call me to discuss more

I appear to have penetrating damp on an exterior bedroom wall

i need a quote for rendering works needed on the outside of the house to stop the damp coming through for a sale.
am happy to pay for the quote and will then pass on the details to the buyer.

I've got an issue with damp in my flat (1 bed flat in a converted house, I'm on the top floor). We had a few roof leaks which happened during and after I had completely renovated the flat. These were in Jan 2023.

The plaster in the bedroom has never dried and has left darker wet patches and where it had, paint is now peeling off. Paint in the kitchen has started peeling off on brick walls and the ceiling too. There’s a tiny bit in the living room on a brick wall too.

It was repainted and treated with damp proof/stain block but this hasn't stopped it from coming through.


Would you please be able to visit the flat to let me know options and costs?

Do you also survey loft and outsides of the roof too? Theres access from inside the flat via a hatch and a velux window.

Penetrating damp from an outside wall that comes from the roof and chimney. It is affecting plasterboard.

An inspection/diagnosis for damp/mould in a rented flat.
