We have had a survey on a property we are looking to purchase. During the survey it was raised that there is slight issue with the sarking felt. We have been advised to get quotes to figure out costs for repairing.
The owners have agreed to let us arrange these via access through the estate agent.

We have already arranged one company to come and quote next tuesday but hoping that you would be able to go to the bungalow and look at the condition of the internal attic roof and provide a written estimate. This then would allow us to compare and understand the amount we need to negotiate with the sellers/ ask them to pay for the work before completion.
