Dormer loft conversion to Victorian end of terrace house

We have got designs drawn up from another architect and have approved planning. We are now at the point modifing the existing plans after having a topo survey. Our existing architect has just informed us he has ceased trading. Plans now need to be submitted to sips manufacturers.

GENERAL
- [ ] More natural light, especially on top floor
- [ ] Better lighting scheme in areas where natural light is not possible (e.g. downstairs hall)
- [ ] Shorter hall on first floor

DOWNSTAIRS
Front Room 1
- [ ] Remove top unit of fireplace/ replace fireplace if needed
- [ ] Move radiator next to fire to under windows
- [ ] Half shutters on the window that fold to the side
- [ ] Install new gas fire
- [ ] Build cupboard and shelving to the left of the fire
- [ ] Install wall mouldings
