i require scaffolding for new timber frame 2 x semi-detached houses. basically a rectangular shape approx. 15.5m x 11.4m. they are a standard 2 storey build. foundations will be in by end of january and there is a pre-fab timber frame being delivered and erected. the scaffold is to go around the outeredge and the timber frame will be lifted in by crane piece by piece. scaffold is required to be installed *** february as timber frame install is booked to start for week commencing 12th feb. i require the scaffold to assist the firm installing the timber frame, roofer access and also required for building up the brick leaf. scaffold required for between 2-4.5 months dependent on weather.

i also have a small section at the front of my house which is 3 meters wide and approx 8 meters high that i need scaffolding on so that i can paint this section of my house. both scaffolds are at same location. the scaffold at front of my house can go up immediately and i just require it for up to 2-4 weeks dependent on weather could be less. you must be pasma certified and hold relevant insurance.
