i am the manager at the old school, cuckfield. in early 2024 we will be carrying out a complete refurbishment of our toilets on the west end of the building. i would like to invite you to submit a quote for carrying out the work, including an estimate of how long you would expect the work to take, and when your earliest availability to carry out the work would be.

the main aim of this work is to replace the existing male and female facilities with five new unisex cubicles, a better located baby changing area and a set of three relocated hand wash basins fitted with ‘push’ taps in accordance with building regulations.
the attached sketches show the west toilets as existing, and drawing a is the plan for the new design and spec agreed by the old school board. (drawing b is no longer relevant following the decision of the board.) as you will see from these drawings, the new design will need require the removal of the internal separating wall and the relocation of the entrance door.
as this will necessitate the complete closure of these toilets we would like the project to be completed in the shortest possible time.
i would ask you to provide an estimate of labour and materials and proposed finishes with an outline schedule.
to arrange a time to view the site please contact me at your soonest convenience. my regular working hours are 12-3pm monday to friday, but i am happy to arrange an alternative time should it be necessary.
