Add loft insulation to property in Newton Abbot

Hello,
We are interested in improving our loft insulation, to make the home more energy efficient, and reduce costs at the same time.

We currently have some fibreglass which was installed when we had an extension over the single garage in 2006, and aware the rest of the loft insulation probably needs addressing, since the house was built in 1998.

We are both in our 70's, though not in receipt of any Credit/Allowances. Our current energy supplier is Octopus, but have been directed to enquire of yourselves, in reason of my wife's condition.

Carole is a vunerable person, and takes Immunosupprescent (The reason for the extension in 2006)...

Could you kindly advise what is the best way forward please?
