Hi - we need a damp proofing course in our living room. Specifically, for two lower parts of walls by the bay window in the living room. There are patches of mould, as well as peeling paint and 'bubbly' bits. No musty smells. For context, we moved into the property 8 months ago, and they were visible then, but we don't know how long the issue was before we moved in. The survey report we conducted suggested we do DPC within the next year or two, therefore we'd like to do this soon. Thanks

There is black/green mould in two of the bedrooms of my property - ceiling, walls, wardrobe, mattress, some clothing. There is a little mould by the window in the living room and kitchen and bathroom ceiling but my main concern is the mould in the bedrooms where there is a lot of mould.

Basically our house had wall cavity insolation sometime ago.
Since then the upstairs rooms have all suffered from some mold Albeit not a lot but i do clean it away.
In my daughters room she has also got some white mold.

My main concern is that we have all noticed that we are all seeming to be extremely tired and not sure if the mold could be the cause of this.

Can the cavity wall insolation be molding which obviously can not be seen ??
