Shower room upstairs, the house is a 60’s build chalet style, with two bedrooms upstairs and the main bathroom downstairs.

i'm looking for a loft conversion to use as an office. i live in a bellway tailor new build.

i'm also looking to extend the stairs up into the loft for easy access. for lighting i'd be adding a velux window to the back of the house. i'd be looking to add a radiator to the room
