I am in the process of negotiating to buy a two bedroom bungalow in Littleport.

Unfortunately it has suffered what appears to be a burst pipe in the loft, so all the ceilings need to be removed, replaced, and replastered, and both sides of one of the internal walls may also need to be replastered (depending on the outcome of the drying-out process)

Please could you let me have a "ballpark" figure for how much you would charge to:-

1) replace the ceilings of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom (total approx 70m2)
2) replaster both sides of the wall between the lounge and kitchen (total approx 21 m2)

If it looks as though the deal is likely to go ahead, I will of course arrange for you to inspect the property to do a proper quote. For the time being, however, I just need an approximate price to see whether the seller is prepared to negotiate to a realistic figure.
