Decking at present consists of timber decking in 3.16 metre sections, each lid on 8 timber bearers below, resting on a gently sloping felted roof (about 100:1 pitch). There are no edge capping or bullnose edges required, just 3 snotches where decking boards abut the thresholds of 3 French windows. We want the decking to be replaced either in timber, or plastic composite decking, and need quotes for both. There is good access either through the house, or over the balcony by ladder. Vans can park on site, and we would like the old decking removed or left cut up for burning.
