Hello, I have a first floor window that is letting in some water. The window itself is in good condition, the water is seeping in around the side when the window joins the wall. The access to the property is good. Are you interested in quoting for the work? Many thanks

• new spur off socket to new position in stud wall. retain old sockets.
• remove radiator. make safe old e7 socket & 2 gang socket enclosed by unit.
• fit 2 gang to 4 gang adaptor
• remove radiator. repurpose e7 socket to ‘normal’ elec and re-purpose for ceiling mounted heating panel.
• a*** socket for underfloor heating (i’m supplying) next to old e7 socket. retain 2 gang socket for other uses.
• 4gang socket on the ‘outside wall’ (within conservatory).
• socket on the ‘outside wall’ (within conservatory) – 4 gang potentially. - never too many sockets!
• additionally waterproof outside sockets, or maybe 1 socket and hardwire inside for outside lighting?
• repurpose e7 socket for ir heating panel.
