Pay per lead service for home improvement job leads

Basics Explained
Connect is a pay-per-lead subscription service. Customers agree on an area, trades or job types, and the number of leads they’d like per week. LeadsDoWork sources leads in the selected area and trade, trying to meet the agreed quota.
Prices are in GBP and do not include VAT. The price can vary based on trade, job type, and whether the lead is B2C or B2B.
There is a small weekly service fee of £11.00.
Connect works for businesses of all sizes. Leads are delivered via email, SMS, and mobile app. For larger lead volumes, we can deliver leads straight into CRM systems via API. The app is available in the Apple Store, Google Play, and Huawei App Gallery.
Contract Flexibility
Contracts can be paused if there’s no outstanding balance (e.g., during holidays). Trades, job lead types, area coverage, and quotas can be changed anytime. The number of leads is not guaranteed, but we will strive to meet the agreed quota. Contracts can be canceled anytime.
Lead Verification and Source
All leads are verified by phone, SMS, and visual checks by an operator. Jobs primarily come from homeowners via our websites (e.g., local-quotes.co.uk, doubleglazing.com, myroofingquotes.co.uk).
Connect contracts receive priority, meaning job leads are sent to Connect accounts first, providing an advantage over other companies and tradesmen.
Lead returns are possible, and each request is manually reviewed. To request a refund, visit the "My Job Leads" section in your member dashboard. Locate the lead, click on the three dots to view details, and select the "Request a refund" link. Provide a reason, and we will review it within three business days. If successful, the value will be credited back to your balance.

If you find a similar service at a better price, speak to our support team about potential discounts or special offers. For smaller trades, a fixed-price weekly subscription (Smart Local contract) may offer a cheaper per-lead rate.
Customers must have valid public liability insurance (PLI) and a photo ID to sign up. Documents can be uploaded via the "My Documents" tab in the online dashboard or via the mobile app ("Account" > "Upload Documents").
A valid payment card is required to activate your account. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. To add your card, go to "Account" > "Add credit card" in the app.
Payment is collected daily for leads received the previous day, or weekly on Fridays. Leads are delivered Monday to Sunday, and invoices are issued the following Wednesday.
Lead Access and Competitiveness
Leads are sent in real-time via email, SMS, API/Webhook, or app push notifications. Customers can view available jobs in the "Available" tab and selected jobs in the "Received" tab, both online and in the app.
Customers compete with 1 to 3 tradesmen for the same work, with no more than 5 competing for any given job. Jobs are not guaranteed, so customers must respond quickly.
Leads can also be accessed through the web dashboard at leads.work, where customers can log in to the secure member's area.
Customers who upload pictures of their work, add their business logo, and receive good reviews are more likely to win jobs. All reviews collected through the app will be displayed on the customer's profile page on local-quotes.co.uk.
Account access and lead delivery will be suspended if payment cannot be collected.
Additional Benefits
Customers receive a free Trade Point loyalty card, which offers a 10% discount at B&Q Trade Point stores and online at trade-point.co.uk. A digital card is available in the app. The savings can offset the weekly subscription fee.
