I need the following done ASAP as this is holding up the renovation of a house here:

The areas of concern are flaking/loose plaster in the following locations:
KITCHEN - a small patch of wall (to the left of where the cooker went)
DINING ROOM - a small patch of wall to the left of the doorway to kitchen. The area is to the right of the built-in cupboard
LIVING ROOM - an area to the left of the fireplace
Any other areas of concern that you see
I would like quotes for each of the following, please:
a) to repair the above with lime plaster (including hacking off old plaster as required) - this job is needed immediately and is urgent
b) to repair the above with a suitable modern plaster e.g. Bostik Sovereign Renderlite - this job is needed immediately and is urgent
c) to replaster with lime plaster all the downstairs walls up to a height above any rising damp (this will be considered for doing at a later date)
N.B. The property is a barn from the 1700s and the walls are traditional limestone (with a rubble/soil infill in the cavity). It was converted to a dwelling in the 1970s and the plastering was probably a sand/cement mix. I have had various issues with internal damp, possibly from condensation, possibly from rising damp. "Tanking" the walls would not be suitable as they need to breathe, as a traditional constructed building was designed to do, so it is a case of 'managing' the damp issues as best as possible i.e. allowing the walls to breathe, but stopping the migration of any hygroscopic salt deposits within the walls to the surface of the plaster.
