Plumbing leads

Kitchen is going to be refurbished. The sink needs relocation. The new location is approx. 3.5 m from existing.
New pipework ( sink drain, hot & cold supply) 50mm diam. approx for drain pipe, 18mm approx for hot and cold, will need to be lead across or in front of an entry step into kitchen. The floor cannot be channeled for pipes as it is a solid poured concrete slab. The pipes will need to be laid across or in front of the steps.
Restoring the steps is not part of this job, it will be undertaken by another trade. The newly-installed pipes do not need to be connected at either end, connections will be made by the kitchen unit fitters.
On site review and agreement as to routing can be undertaken at any time, call for a site visit. Quote only needs to be made after visit.
The job can be undertaken at a time to suit the trade.

We have water intermittently leaking from under the bath into a toilet on the ground floor when the shower is being used.

New stopcock. Change kitchen tap. Pipework from tank feed in loft, across loft, down into dining room and though wall into small conservatory where an exterior type of tap needs to be fitted.

Sewer pipe from house to soakaway takn blocked about 25 metres down. Needs unblocking
