I need an Electrician to install a new 18th edition consumer unit, replacing the old fuse box. EDF are going to fit a mains isolator between the meter and the Consumer box, so that will make the job much easier. I'll also need 2.5mm2 cable to run between the garage and the consumer unit which will be the feed from my new (G98 complient) Solis 2.5kw S6 grid tied inverter. Also to help me install the ***tt solar panels on the garage roof, and commision the solar powered system and notify the DNO with the necessary documentation. Once completed my neighbours would also like assistance in installing a similar solar powered system, on their garage roof so will indeed lead to extra Jobs in the area. I do have all the equipment required to do the install such as roof hooks and 6mm solar cable, and the DC 1500v isolation switch etc. etc.

I’m looking for a qualified electrician to install an outdoor weatherproof plug socket at the rear of my property.
The socket will be used for general outdoor use (e.g. lawn mower, hot tub, Ideally, I’d like it positioned on the external wall closest to the indoor power supply (happy for you to advise best placement)
I’m not sure if there is an existing suitable connection point, so this may need to be run from inside the house.
