The water butt diverter is poorly installed. The water diverter should not be positioned higher than the top of the water butt. One of the rear rainwater downpipes discharges directly into a waste pipe. This installation is incorrect, as the systems should be separated.

guttering needs clipping back in to its joint - was done mid last year - but its became unclipped again - blast. the leak is very noticeable when it rains and its right above the opening door of the convenience store below my flat.
I cannot climb ladder due to serious motorcycle accident - titaniaam arm and other arm smashed wrist - blast ha ha. so if you could come and fix the leak for me that would be great.
